Kels is a passionate arts programmer, event promoter and a self-described ‘huge Canberra fan’. She cares deeply about diversity, representation, community and bringing people together through the arts. 

Currently the Live Music Manager at the University of Canberra, Kels is responsible for UC Refectory, UC Hub, The Well and Stonefest Music Festival. She also brings a wealth of experience in freelance programming, project management and event promotion in Canberra for commercial, public sector and DIY contexts
